About the Series
Finish the year strong and get in shape before the holidays!
This 6 week program is designed level up your strength, mobility, and handstand skills.
The primary goal is to build full body strength & muscle, and we will also dedicate a portion of the class towards handstand learning.

Full Body Strength Circuits (Push, Pull, Leg)
Joint Mobility Training
Handstand Practice & Development

Who is Teaching?
Your favourite teachers Ali & Louis are teaming up to bring you a powerful, effective, and fun program!

Alireza is a movement teacher & practitioner. Over the years, he has explored and delved into various practices and disciplines such as Yoga, Acrobatics, Climbing, and Dance. Ali’s mission as a teacher is to inspire people to adopt a movement practice that goes beyond simply improving strength, flexibility, and aesthetic appeal. He believes that a meaningful practice allows for exploration of the body in the fullest way and facilitates playfulness, self discovery, and connection.

Louis is a multi-faceted Movement instructor. He is an experienced Yoga teacher and personal training. He also specializes in Calisthenics, resistance training, and mobility training, bringing a dynamic range of movement-based practices to his classes. As a certified Thai Massage practitioner, Louis incorporates healing and body awareness into his teaching, creating a holistic approach to movement and wellness.
